WHEN TO GO?

Situated in the Mediterranean Sea, the Balearic Islands experience a climate marked by warm and sunny summers along with mild winters. Optimal months for a visit are May, June, and September, allowing one to avoid large crowds of sun-seekers while still enjoying outdoor activities. During this period, temperatures range between 60 and 80 degrees Fahrenheit. In July and August, temperatures can reach 90 degrees Fahrenheit, accompanied by 10 to 11 hours of continuous daylight.

As October gradually cools, many coastal establishments reduce their operating hours or close for the approaching winter season. The weather remains temperate, with average temperatures typically in the mid-50s, lasting until spring. The region maintains a relatively dry climate throughout the year, with October being the wettest month, averaging 2.7 inches of rainfall.
