    Born in Zimbabwe as the youngest of four, Charmaine began her career in IT at an international bank before shifting to the casino industry, working globally and rising to Casino Manager over 15+ years. After moving to the U.S., she excelled in national sales before transitioning into luxury furniture and yacht interiors, combining hands-on experience with interior design studies.
    Her yachting career began at IYC, followed by roles at Merle Wood & Associates and Burgess Yachts, where she launched and led U.S. Charter Management. In 2025, she joined Royal Yacht International as Head of Charter USA, driven by a passion for excellence and bespoke service.

    Annalisa brings a wealth of expertise to the charter management realm, having spent three successful years as a sales broker. In her previous role, she served as the Central Agent for distinguished yachts, including the prominent 62M M/Y MONEIKOS. With a background rooted in luxury hospitality, Annalisa seamlessly transitioned into the charter department, where her extensive knowledge and experience continue to shine. Her commitment to excellence and client satisfaction, honed through her previous endeavors, make her a valuable asset as she evolves and excels in the dynamic world of charter management.

      With a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a Master of Science degree, Melissa brings a strong academic background to her role. Melissa's previous experience includes positions as a Sales Representative at the Cannes Yacht Show and as a Marketing Assistant, equipping her with valuable insights into sales and marketing within the luxury sector. Her passion for the yachting industry and commitment to delivering exceptional service make her a valuable asset to the Royal Yacht International team. ​
