We are pleased to announce the sale of the 40.6-metre Benetti B.NEOS, with delivery planned for spring 2028. The transaction was facilitated by Manuele Thiella, CEO of Royal Yacht International, who represented the buyer.

THE SOUL OF SILENCE
B.Neos 40M represents a new generation of yachting, built around silence, simplicity and a closer connection to the sea. As the only displacement hybrid yacht of her kind, she combines genuinely silent cruising with a low, elongated profile by Malcolm McKeon. Every element has a purpose, creating a yacht that feels effortless rather than excessive.

HYBRID WITHOUT COMPROMISE
At the heart of B.Neos is the MAN Smart Hybrid system, offering full-electric, diesel-electric, crossover, boost and hotel modes. In Zero-Emission Mode, propulsion and onboard systems can run entirely on battery power, eliminating exhaust emissions, vibration and engine noise. The system can deliver up to 30% lower fuel consumption compared with a yacht of similar size in the brochure’s typical weekend-use scenario.

THE SEA ATRIUM
The Sea Atrium reimagines the traditional beach club, sitting lower on the water thanks to the yacht’s compact hybrid engine room. A remarkable 2.4-metre ceiling height, full-height glazing and seamless indoor-outdoor surfaces create an exceptional sense of space directly beside the sea. Outside, a 72 sqm waterfront terrace with an 8.6-metre beam and teak-finished pool becomes the social heart of the yacht - with engines and generators switched off, the soundtrack is simply the sea.

AN ENTIRE DECK FOR THE OWNER
Rather than simply offering an Owner’s Suite, B.Neos dedicates an entire level to the Owner’s private apartment. The 45 sqm suite enjoys uninterrupted forward views and opens onto its own 16 sqm private terrace, creating a retreat suspended between sea and sky. A further 46 sqm aft terrace can remain private or transform into an outdoor entertaining space with dining, lounging and a dedicated bar.

DESIGNED FOR REAL LIFE
FM Architettura moves away from formality in favour of interiors that are intuitive, relaxed and genuinely designed to be lived in. The standout Family Kitchen replaces the conventional formal dining room with an open social space connected directly to the galley — designed for everything from breakfast and cooking together to informal show-cooking. Natural materials, abundant light and expansive glazing keep life on board constantly connected to the sea.
