Chef Diego embarked on his culinary journey with a degree from the
esteemed Le Cordon Bleu in 2005. This prestigious training laid the
foundation for his illustrious career, which has seen him hone his

Thailand, the Caribbean, the Middle East, Peru, and Chile.
His extensive international experience and vast, varied repertoire are testaments to his versatility and mastery of diverse culinary traditions.
