FRENCH RIVIERA COCKTAIL & CANAPÉ COMPETITION
Chef Lee Easdon and his team claimed victory in the French Riviera Cocktail & Canapé Competition at the 2024 ECPY in Nice. The judging criteria encompassed several key elements: the seamless harmony of taste and pairing, the embodiment of the vibrant spirit of the French Riviera, the innovative approach to culinary creation, as well as the impeccable presentation. Each aspect was expertly executed, culminating in a well-deserved win for LIONESS V.
2024 MYBA SUPERYACHT CHEFS’ & TABLESCAPING COMPETITION
Congratulations to Chef Lee Easdon and his team for placing second in the Annual MYBA Superyacht Chef’s Competition and to Chief Stewardess Marine Beaucamps and the entire interior team for winning the first place in the Tablescaping Competition.
The theme of this year’s Chef's Competition, which took place on Tuesday, 23rd April, was Italian and Japanese Fusion Cuisine, and the participating yachts showcased immense talent from their charter crews.
LIONESS V was judged by an esteemed panel of Michelin-starred judges and impressed them with a remarkable five-course dining experience combining tradition and innovation with creative fusion of flavors, textures and ingredients, highlighting the Chef's creativity and expertise in meticulous presentation.
