Royal Yacht International proves once again to be the most successful seller of European builds thanks to the sale of yet another outstanding Benetti Yacht in an off-market deal closed by Tommaso Chiabra, CEO of Royal Yacht International.

The multi-award winning 63m (206’8”) motor yacht ‘METIS’ was built by Benetti Yachts in Italy at their Livorno shipyard in 2019. Her interior is styled by English design house Bannenberg & Rowell and exterior design is the work of Giorgio M. Cassetta.
Designed to comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests in 7 spacious suites comprising of 2 VIP suites and a master stateroom. She is also capable of carrying up to 13 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.
The flowing exterior lines are designed by Giorgio Cassetta and Benetti through a painstaking design, sought to maximise the dynamic proportions of a yacht that has an impressing long bow with vertical straight edge, creating clean, soft volumes and emphasising their three-dimensional nature.
The beach club, the main saloon on the main deck and the lounge area on the upper deck are skewed 30 degrees with respect to “traditional” layouts, revealing a new vantage point from which to admire the surrounding sea views.
The interiors are designed by Bannenberg & Rowell, the London-based designer who worked in partnership with Birgit Otte Interior atelier, together they have introduced a new approach, heralding an original and highly distinguishable asymmetrical layout. Timeless styling, beautiful furnishings and sumptuous seating feature throughout to create an elegant and comfortable atmosphere.
On the main deck, in addition to the saloon containing relaxation and dining areas, there is a customised children’s playroom.
The impressive leisure and entertainment facilities onboard make her a truly ideal yacht for socialising and entertaining with family and friends.
The distinctive features are the custom gym on the fly deck, ”touch and go” helipad and the over 160 sq. m Owner’s apartment with 2 double beds, a breathtaking 180-degree view thanks to the full-height glazed surfaces on the private bow and a 55 sq. m outdoor terrace all contribute to make “Metis” a unique Benetti model.
Powered by twin diesel MTU (12V 4000 M53) 12-cylinder 1,851hp engines, she comfortably cruises at 15 knots, reaches a maximum speed of 16 knots with a range of up to 5,000 nautical miles from her 115,000 litre fuel tanks at 12 knots.
